Wild Bill’s Return Policy
General Return Policy
a. All returns must have original store receipt and original packaging.
b. Customer may be allowed to evenly exchange products or will be given
a gift certificate (store credit) covering the amount of the return.
Roll Your Own Machines
a. Roll your own machines carry only a manufacturer’s warranty. There will be no in-store returns for these products.
b. Please fill out the warranty card inside the box after purchasing a machine.
Tobacco
a. Tobacco includes the following: Cigarettes, imported cigarettes, loose tobacco, chewing hookah tobacco, domestic cigars, filtered cigars and premium cigars.
b. No refunds or exchanges allowed.
Glass / Vaporizers
a. Vaporizers carry only a manufacturer’s warranty. There will be no in-store returns for these products.
b. Please fill out the warranty card inside the box after purchasing a vaporizer.
c. There will be no refunds or exchanges allowed for glass water-pipes.
Electronic Cigarettes/E-liquids
a. Electronic cigarettes include the following: Disposables, rechargeable
kits, tank kits, mod systems, batteries and tanks
b. All electronic cigarette related hardware may be returned within 14 days from purchase time, only if there is a manufacturer defect.
c. There will be no refunds or exchanges allowed for e-liquids.
Accessories
a. Accessories include the following: Lighters, cases, ashtrays, humidors, cutters and hookahs.
b. Accessory related products may be exchanged only within 72 hours from purchase time and must be in their original packaging.
