- Must be 21+ to enter and participate in the VIP experience.
- Patrons are limited to 2 cigars, 2 alcoholic drinks, one gift bag and 2-hour VIP experience.
- All patrons can only stay inside the VIP experience for their designated time.
- Your 2-hour VIP experience includes all activities within the Wild Bill’s Cars, Cigars, and a Big Ash activation.
- All sales for the VIP experience are final, no refunds.
- Kindly refrain from bringing outside food or drinks.
- Your well-being is our priority. Adverse weather might prompt us to temporarily halt operations for your safety.
- We anticipate our guests to maintain a courteous demeanor. Excessive unruliness, overindulgence, or theft will result in immediate eviction from the VIP experience.
- Seating operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Reserved sections necessitate special access badges.
- Restrooms are exclusively for our VIP guests.
- Enjoy cigar smoking anywhere within our exclusive experience.
- By setting foot in our venue, you consent to appear in Wild Bill’s promotional content.
- Feel free to capture memories; photography and social media sharing are welcomed.
- Relax, relish, and revel in your 2-hour ultimate VIP experience.
- Marketing Communications: By registering for the event, you agree to receive marketing communications including special promotions, offers, etc. via text and email. You also understand you can opt out at any time.
- Guests will be age verified on-site; everyone needs to have a government issued photo ID to enter the lounge. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to enter the event premises. Failure to provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon request will result in denial of entry to the event, and no refunds or compensation will be given. All members of your party must be present to enter the lounge. Registration for this event is non-transferable. The name on the ticket must match the attendee’s identification, and any attempts to transfer, sell, or give away your ticket man result in the refusal of entry. Please drink responsibly; we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone intoxicated or causing a disturbance. You assume all risks and responsibilities associated with participating in the event. The organizers, venue and related staff shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damage accident or theft occurring during the event. The event organizers reserve the right to modify the event program, schedule, or venue at their discretion. In the event of cancellation, registered attendees will be notified, and refunds, if applicable, will be provided according to the event’s cancellation policy.
